Users who access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited do so at their own risk and will not be eligible for any remedy or recourse against 92kr in such circumstances.

An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. 92kr may apply an inactivity fee of up to Rs 200 per month to dormant Accounts, provided the Account balance does not fall below zero. Users will be notified before such fees commence and may reactivate their Account at any time by logging in.
92kr currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following PKR-denominated payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank, UBL Bank, and Meezan Bank. 92kr reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR); no currency conversion is applied by 92kr.
The minimum single deposit amount is Rs 500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account. 92kr processes deposits instantly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider; any delay is attributable to the payment provider's own processing times.

Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the timeframe specified in the applicable promotion terms will expire and be removed from your Account without compensation. 92kr will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
All bets placed through the 92kr Sportsbook are binding once confirmed by the system. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all selections before confirming a wager. 92kr will not void or amend a bet on the basis that it was placed in error by the User, except in circumstances where a clear and demonstrable system error has occurred on 92kr's side.
92kr reserves the right to change odds on any market at any time prior to the settlement of a bet. Odds at the time of bet confirmation are the final odds applicable to that wager, subject to the exceptions set out in these Terms. In-play betting markets may be suspended temporarily due to significant game events; bets placed during such suspensions will be voided.
In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, the result as confirmed by the relevant official governing body — including the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for PSL and international cricket matches — shall be deemed final and binding for settlement purposes. 92kr's trading team decision on ambiguous markets is final and not subject to appeal once communicated.
Maximum single-bet payout limits apply across all Sportsbook markets. These limits are published within each market and are subject to change. 92kr reserves the right to limit the stake or payout on any account or market at its sole discretion, including where unusual betting patterns are detected.
